Andre is a highly experienced professional leadership coach with over 3,000 hours of coaching experience. He worked in Switzerland as a project manager, function head and, after additional specific studies, also as a coach for leaders in the pharmaceutical industry, finance, insurance and IT sectors. He lives now in Australia and has been coaching in government agencies, mining, the Leadership Western Australia signature program and the UNHCR.

Andre supports executives in uncertain, complex and conflict situations. His strength is helping his clients gain clarity, manage their emotions, improve relationships, and define and act on their next steps.
