He has competed many capacity development training and received Training The Trainer training from many reputed training agencies in Bangladesh. He is affiliated with many professional association highlighting General Member of Bangladesh Society for HRM, General Member of HR Professionals in Bangladesh, Affiliated Member of Bangladesh FMCG HR Society, Founder Member of Bangladesh HR and Compliance Home, General Member of International Society for Prosthetics & Orthetics (ISPO-BD). He has his own learning platform name Learning Society of Professionals (LSP) and Talent Development Initiative (TDI) in Bangladesh. He has published Two article in International Journal, one is "How motivation influences the job factors of production" in International Journal of Current Research and another is "The empirical study on HRM practices with special reference to job satisfaction and employee turnover at Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) in Thomson scientific and academic publishing, HRM Journal. 

He has facilitated so many training in soft skills specially train the trainer, communication skills, leadership journey, team building and management, framework of winning team, presentation skills and public speaking, stress management, employability skills training, training on soft skills framework, problem solving skills, emotional intelligence, professionalism, resume writing and interview hack etc.

He has also facilitated many training on disability inclusion and mainstreaming specially disability orientation, how to communicate with persons with disabilities, disability inclusive WaSH, disability inclusive GBV-Protection, Disability specific data collection etc.

He has excellent expertise in training facilitation in both physical face to face and virtual online training.
