Cheryl Dutta is a certified Life and Career Coach with three decades of experience across the Armed Forces, the corporate world, and business. She's a military veteran who went on to become a professional coach, holding credentials from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Certified Coaches Alliance, USA.
Her approach blends military discipline with genuine compassion, something she developed by working in two very different worlds that both demand saying the true thing clearly, at the right time, without losing the person in front of you. Over the years she's coached a wide range of people, including aviators, celebrities, entrepreneurs, and working professionals, guiding them through career transitions, high-pressure moments, and personal breakthroughs. She often brings self-defense awareness into her sessions too, drawing on her military background to build people's resilience and confidence, not just their communication skills.
