Uttara is an accomplished industry leader, a change agent, a strategic leadership consultant, an ICF credentialed Executive & Leadership Coach (PCC) and a personal mastery expert. Uttara was the former Board member of Delhi / NCR Chapter of International Coach Federation (ICF) where she served as the Vice – President and Director CSR during 2016-2019.
