Several years of role as Head HR, wherein I reported to the MD & CEO. This includes 4+ years with Afri Ventures Group / Kewalram Chanrai Group (Singapore Headquartered, one of the leading business groups in Africa). In my role, I was leading HR for all the Africa & Middle East operations of the organization. Last, I was Chief People Officer with YOU Broadband India Ltd (A Vodafone India Subsidiary) for 3 years.

Over the last one year, I am working as an independent consultant.
