Shobha Pandey is Mathematics graduate from Miranda House with an MBA in HR from XISS. She led as College General Secretary which was her most impactful & early leadership role.

Over Shobha?s professional journey, she has diverse experience in various HR domains. She has led key HR and cross functional projects on Divestiture , Setting up Regional Shared Services Organization , Diversity & Inclusion , Leadership Development and Succession Planning to name a few She has received various awards within her current org and was among Top 100 HR professional under 40 in 2019. Under her leadership her teams have won various awards the most recent in 2019 -  GPTW Top 5 in Career Management , NASSCOM Top 5 in Inclusion practices and GPTW best places for Women Employees.
