Shiv Shivakumar Group Executive President at Aditya Birla Group. Before this, he was Chairman and CEO at PepsiCo for four years. Mr Shivakumar has worked for several years, mainly in marketing at HUL and Nokia, two of the dozens of brands he has worked with. As is evident, he has overseen many business transformations in this period. He is currently the Board Chairman at Burger King and a member of the Boards at IIM Calcutta, XLRI, and IIM Udaipur. He also has chaired and been a Board member at ASCI and Godrej Consumer Products. Shiv has been awarded many times in the long span of his prodigious career: AAMO Asian Leadership Award 2020, Indian Business Leader of the Year 2019, Best CEO, Best Brand Builder as well as for Leadership and Turnaround; he is one of the few in India to have received distinguished alumnus awards from both an IIT and an IIM.
