His leadership experience spans across Industries with multi-national corporations in the Banking, Financial services, Insurance, Consulting and Technology sectors. He has worked with businesses across geographies ranging across pan India, Southeast Asia, Australia, the Middle East, Europe, and Americas.

He possess an infectious enthusiasm to enable retooling and redefining the businesses and make them more Frictionless, Flexible, Frugal, Fast and Forward. His passion & focus has been on managing costs delivering on the agreed venture P&L, growing business scale, leading large people organisations & their future skill set, and transformation through new age tools / technology capabilities aligned with the firms wider risk & control framework, enabling business groups to realize profits through cocreation arbitrage, inefficiencies elimination, data management and intelligent automation of end to end businesses.

In recent years, he has worked closely with economic sectors that have been at the forefront of considerable change in India and globally. He has deep experience in leading transformative change in both large and ambitious mid-sized global organizations. Much of his most recent work was focused on the disruptive impact of digital, data and robotics across people skills & businesses. He is a champion for setting up a human centred design innovation culture & artificial intelligence incubator at the India office of Macquarie and initiated co-creating the future of work, worker and workplace, a multi-generational transformation program.
