Robert has been in the Distribution/Logistics industry for 33 years. He has been a General Manager over 8 different warehouses, a Director of Operations and most recently a Sr. Manager of Engineering Analytics for the largest 3PL Cold Storage company in the industry. He has written the Description of Operations (DOO) for two (2) Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) warehouses, and one for Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) forklift and Mole racking systems. He is a certified Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt specializing in Warehouse Optimization in the Cold Storage 3PL sector.

He also has an advanced knowledge of MS Excel VBA coding, allowing him to write and developed automated applications, at a corporate level, for KPI/Metrics Analysis & Reporting, Business Analysis Modeling & Simulation programs, as well as programs designed to enhance Labor Management Systems (LMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Data sources for these programs primarily being SAP HANA, SAP BI, SAP BW, iSeries AS400 / IBM System i, Power BI, PeopleSoft, Kronos, Paylocity, HighJump, and Red Prairie / JDA / Blue Yonder.
