Reem AlSmeirat is a pioneering automotive designer, entrepreneur, and the first female car designer in the Middle East. She is the Founder and Design Director of Concepts 4 Automotive Design, a Jordan-based studio advancing transportation innovation, urban mobility solutions, and bespoke vehicle design. With a Master’s degree in Transportation Design from Turin, Italy, Reem combines technical precision with visionary creativity, shaping mobility concepts that reflect both regional needs and global design standards.

Her acclaimed portfolio includes Phoenix, an award-winning electric sports city car concept that showcases her focus on sustainable, future-ready mobility. Recognized among the Top 20 Innovators to Watch in MENA & South Africa, she continues to push boundaries in automotive design.

Reem is also the Founder of WOMOTIVE, an initiative empowering women in the automotive sector through skills training and employment pathways. Her mission is to redefine mobility through culturally grounded, gender-inclusive design.
