I am an education and communication professional with over 31 years of experience in leadership roles. I believe that creating an enabling environment that nurtures curiosity to learn, coupled with the skill of communication will help each one of us with the ability of advocacy. We will be able to  persevere, work in collaboration and with empathy to  to bring in the change, solve problems and create an impact in the society. 

In particular, I have:

16 years’ experience in education which include: Education Advisor and Education start up consultant for Schools, Higher Education Institutions, Ed-Tech companies, school leaders and parents; Director of Excellence and Strategic Initiatives, CMR University (Engineering, Architecture and Management Schools); Director and head of Neev schools; Senior science teacher at Indus International school (an IB world School); Guest lecturer for Molecular Biology, Bio-chemistry and Genetics for MBBS (Medical first and second year) as well as for News Journalism for Undergraduate degree students (Communicative English and Mass communication); Founding a Masters' degree institute for Convergence Media Journalism.
• 15 years’ experience television and print journalism as : News Correspondent for Doordarshan, News Editor and Producer for Zee and CNBC Asia, and Managing Editor for CIO India magazine and an announcer for Radio shows in All India Radio.
Currently, I am leading strategic initiatives and process excellence in the space of K-12 schools and higher education. I am advisor to school management and leadership teams in both private and non-governmental organisation (NGOs) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. I am working with institutions across India to identify needs select/deploy experts to execute professional development modules, parent advisory and counselling, social media initiatives, marketing communications, recruitment and enrolment protocols in alignment to the institution’s mission and vision.
