The expert is a senior management professional with a global CSR consulting firm that he established driven by the motive to engineer constructive social changes. A former aviator , social entrepreneur, public speaker, writer, and an advisor on affirmative action and CSR with Confederation of Indian Industries, he is also a visiting faculty in various international universities and the current Chairman of the Centre for CSR and Sustainability Excellence . He left the role of an active aviator in 2006 with an aim to build an institution that may consistently bridge the gap between private sector and civil bodies, he laid the foundation of Fiinovation back in 2009 and put together Asia's First Proposal Design Laboratory on CSR and Sustainability. He is on a mission to create high impact social initiatives in the areas of education, health, poverty and environment management. Over the years, he has proved his determination by converting challenges into opportunities and delivering quality, effective and strategic solutions to organizations for social initiatives at a grass root level, aiming at inclusive growth. Backed by a rich sectoral experience, This expert also translated his on-ground knowledge to academics and obtained his Ph.D. in Sustainability and leadership.
