A passionate HR professional with 12+ years experience in various industry segments - Healthcare BPO, Retail, Freight forwarding, and IT product organisations with well-known names like TATA, PVR, Pulse Secure. My last role with Pulse Secure was leading the Global Talent Experience & Engagement along with HRBP.

As a global HR business partner, my role demanded to coach managers/leaders to create a great place to work through talent strategies like creating a learning organization, creating a performance driven culture, culture of collaboration through community outreach & wellness activities, creating a brand for organization thereby inculcating experience moments in various HR segments.

Currently on a journey of empowering individuals with a growth mindset and shattering limiting self-beliefs to individuals. Bringing the belief of positivity through my NLP practitioner skills and bringing the transformation of a new version. 

 I am a firm believer in giving back to the community through volunteering and mentoring programs. My attitude is my gratitude.
