Dr Jade Kua began her career in holistic health advocacy, in healthcare. She currents works as a senior consultant in both pediatric and general emergency medicine. Concurrently, she is a practising coach and mentor, with a Master Certified Coach qualification from the International Coaching Federation, and a Health Coach qualification from the the American Council on Exercise. In her practice, she coaches, mentors and trains international & local clients. Her clients come to her for high performance coaching, executive coaching, business coaching, life coaching and relationship coaching.

She believes in practical mindfulness and embodies this mindset in her career and lifestyle. For instance, she believes one is never too young to begin having coaching conversations and is the published author of Good Night Marion, a mindfulness book for children. This book is currently available in 8 bookstores in Singapore including Kinokuniya, Times and WH Smith. She is also the editor of several other published books on ageing, women’s health and has published papers on educating socially at risk children.

She works closely with the Ministries of Health, Education, Manpower and Home Affairs in a national program to teach laypeople CPR/AED skills in community centres, schools, migrant worker communities and prisons. She is currently on the board of the Mental Health Film Festival, Pangdemonium Theatre and the Association of Women Doctors Singapore. She is a Past President of the AWDS, the Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association.
