Dr. Uday Nagesh Shivaji is a highly accomplished Gastroenterologist with specialized expertise in Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD). After completing his MBBS in Bangalore in 2002, he pursued postgraduate training in the UK, advancing his skills in Internal Medicine at leading institutions in Oxford, Leeds, and Birmingham. He later trained in Gastroenterology at the renowned Queen Elizabeth Hospital—one of Europe’s largest centers for advanced diagnostics—where he deepened his focus on IBD.

Driven by a passion for translational medicine, Dr. Shivaji completed his PhD in Inflammatory Bowel Diseases from the University of Birmingham in 2023. His clinical work spans immunological and dietary therapies for IBD, and he serves as Principal Investigator for multiple international studies and clinical trials. With an additional Master’s in Healthcare Management from Oxford, he brings a unique blend of clinical excellence, research leadership, and strategic healthcare insight to his practice.
