Sania Sharma is the Vice-Principal of a senior secondary school in Pathankot and the founder of Fluent Factory, a learning platform focused on helping people speak English confidently without rote grammar or memorization. Her journey began when she noticed educators struggling with English communication, affecting classroom outcomes. What started as free training sessions quickly evolved into a larger mission to transform how people think and communicate in English. Since then, Sania has delivered lectures across 50+ institutions, authored a case study on the National Education Policy, and built a strong learner community.
