Sania Sharma is the Vice-Principal of a senior secondary school in Pathankot and the founder of Fluent Factory, a coaching business dedicated to helping people speak English with confidence—without cramming, grammar drills, or hesitation.

Her journey began when she noticed her teachers struggling with English communication, which impacted students. She offered free training, leading to life-changing results, and discovered her true purpose: training minds to think directly in English.

Since then, she has delivered lectures at over 50 institutions, authored a case study on the NEP, and built a thriving community of learners. She also runs English Sundays Confident Mothers Community, empowering mothers to speak English fluently at no cost. Through her Instagram and YouTube platforms, she continues to transform thousands of lives.
