Dr. Ramu Nagarajapillai is an accomplished academic and researcher, currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce at Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu, India. With 28 years of teaching and 18 years of research experience, his expertise spans Human Resource Management (HRM) and banking. Dr. Ramu has received the prestigious UGC Research Award and is an Accredited Management Teacher recognized by the All-India Management Association. He has contributed significantly through research articles, edited volumes, and conference presentations. He has also served as Chairperson, Scientific and Organizing Committee member, Subject Expert, Editor-in-Chief, seminar coordinator, and Placement Officer at various academic events.
