Joseph Paulson is a veteran from the Indian Air Force who has survived an ejection from a Mig 21 that did not stop him from flying the air superiority fighter Mig 29 as well. He has two decades of military experience which also include training and selectng leaders and pilots. Since 2003 he is a corporate trainer, OD consultant, executive coach, psychometric specialist and Fire walk instructor. He holds the Guiness World Record in firewalking on 15 Feb 2017.
