I am a Coach (Life & Happiness), Mentor and Motivational Speaker Happiness Coach possessing over 20 years of rich professional work across multiple sectors and domains. During my corporate stint, I have worked with top brands like CII, FICCI (Sector Skill Council), PVR and IBM (Authorised Centre for Education) in areas of L&D, Skill Development, Coaching & Training, Education and E-Learning. I have worked in various senior level roles such as CEO (Chief Executive Officer), Head – L&D (Learning and Development), Country Manager and Director and handled various teams. 

By education, I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology. Professionally, I hold certifications in Life Coaching, Happiness Coaching, Basic Practitioner in NLP(Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Psychometric Assessment in Extended DISC. With my passion for “people development”, I have enabled individuals, teams/ groups and organizations become more successful in and accomplish more. I adopt an integrated approach of combining NLP, Visualization/ Guided Imagery, Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness in all of my interventions delivered via Coaching, Counseling/ Therapy and Training. I am well versed with the entire coaching and training life cycle. 

I have conducted over 500 programs in varied formats for various stakeholders and impacted over 4000 participants. I also over 350 hours of coaching experience (Life and Executive).
