Kunal Sharma is a Training consultant with the British Council. A language expert turned mentor to a teacher trainer, this expert believes in understanding the organic nature of learning process rather than implementing or following the mechanical set-up of current curriculum. He has worked on different projects of British Council in partnership with esteemed organisations such as UNICEF and TATA Trust as a trainer to teacher educators and as an observer of training teaching in real time. Prior to this, Kunal was the Associate manager at Vinsys IT Services India. He has trained many teachers and has observed the real time intricacies of implementing the thought process and methodology on ground.
