Currently contributing to BlackBerry’s Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence in Malaysia, he focuses on closing skills gaps and enhancing national cyber resilience. As a Cyber & Tech Consultant, Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, Han Ther designs and delivers cloud security and threat-hunting programs, including sessions under the Cloud Security Alliance Malaysia Chapter and CCoE initiatives. He also serves on the Cyber Board of Committee at Build A Future Team, shaping strategic directions and mentoring emerging professionals.
