Frank’s passion for the topic was truly contagious and we were able to take away valuable insights to apply to our day-to-day work. Within minutes, Frank succeeds to capture his audience and takes them on a fascinating journey into the wonderful world of different cultures and habits. An eye-opener for all working frequently with people from other cultures. Even though it has been a year since I took the class, just yesterday, I was explaining to a coworker the differing importance that consensus plays in decision-making for different cultures. I have found what I learned on international diversity to be very valuable in understanding and (at times) defusing cross-cultural interactions. In his presentation Frank combines D&I acumen with extensive global business and leadership experience. He challenges the audience with unique points of view that inspire to action. I would recommend Frank for any event, but specifically for technical audiences. Frank has a suitcase full of world-wide experience and this is noticeable. His observational and communication skills reflect in everything, even in the way he adjusts the training ad hoc depending on the group's needs and energy. The content is widely applicable and, as far as I'm concerned, essential for anyone who works with people. Interesting statistics, memorable stories, funny examples and insightful exercises, eyeopeners regarding own behavior, cultural differences and cooperation in general are guaranteed. Frank is a very good speaker, he is open and has a lot of knowledge of the Asian cultures. I really like his style. It is a fantastic combination of theories, stories, exercises and discussions. During the workshop Frank has a very open ear and clear response to questions that arise from participants’ daily working environment. The combination of a thorough explanation of basic concepts with examples, anecdotes and role play really makes me help to better understand the intentions of other cultures and work with these in a constructive way. Frank is an extremely inspiring individual with a unique story. Frank manages to create awareness and translate that in a humorous manner, necessary in confrontations with one’s own behavior. Given the increase in number of global teams operating, the understanding of intercultural differences is a must.
