For more than 19 years, Asma has been helping leaders, teams, and organizations define and reach their goals. She is an Executive coach and L&D educator specializing in vertical leadership development, developing emotional and authentic leadership, and supporting executives in transition and change. She has designed and conducted face-to-face and online workshops to improve team dynamics, leadership agility and advanced coaching workshops. She also enjoys conducting research on whole-person transformational development of individuals, teams and organizations.

Asma has coached leaders including senior and middle managers, Directors and VP's in the IT, healthcare, retail, ecommerce and banking industries as well as nonprofits and academia. She was awarded the World's Best Top 100 Global Coaching Leaders by CHRO Asia and World Coaching Congress in 2017.

She has worked internationally and has a Master's degree in Organizational development and leadership, graduate-level ACTP in Evidence-based leadership coaching from Fielding Graduate University, USA and Bachelors in Computer Science. She is an accredited, certified coach with the International Coach Federation. She is passionate about helping individuals use themselves as instruments of change, and excited about possibilities for collaboration. Her enduring passions are meeting new people, coffee conversations, good food, travelling, psychological fiction, connecting to the power of stories, children's books, walking, meditation, writing and research.
