If I register, is my session guaranteed? +
Registering means you're telling us you're interested and available, not booking a confirmed slot. Our team reviews every submission and reaches out personally to discuss next steps.
What do I need to have ready before I register? +
Just the basics: your name, email, phone number, area of expertise, the topic you'd like to cover, and a few months you're free to run a session. It takes a few minutes.
How does picking my availability work? +
Choose the year you're planning around, then pick at least three months that could work for you. This gives our team room to match you with the right cohort and timing.
Does selecting those months lock me into a date? +
Not yet. Think of it as a starting point. Once we've reviewed your registration, we'll follow up to confirm a date and time that works for both sides.
Can SpeakIn ask me to adjust my topic or reschedule? +
Occasionally, yes. If a topic needs tweaking to fit a cohort, or a session needs to move for scheduling reasons, we'll always discuss it with you first rather than deciding on our own.
What happens with the bio or extra info I share? +
Anything you add, like a short bio, sample outline, or links to past talks, helps our team understand your style and match you with the right audience.
Will SpeakIn contact me after I submit the form? +
Yes. Once you register, expect to hear from us by email, phone, WhatsApp, or text so we can talk through your session and answer any questions.
