I have a total of 20 years of rich and diverse global experience in manufacturing and engineering industry. I have extensively worked with multinational and multicultural teams in management and leadership roles in various industries including medical devices, industrial lights, solar products and valves. My educational credentials are BE, MS and MBA (Supply Chain Management).

During this time, I saw that a lot of people around me were capable of achieving much more than what they were achieving. The only things they needed were being aware of their vision and a razor sharp focus to work towards achieving that vision. I also saw that most people needed help on both of these fronts.
