She collaborates with companies as a Talent Management and training facilitator, organizational transformation consultant, NLP Practitioner, and POSH enabler. Her corporate journey includes working with diverse organizations and leading HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

A lifelong learner and spiritual seeker, Bharti is an active member of SpARC (Spiritual Applications and Research Centre) and has practiced Rajyoga meditation for over seven years, along with experience in Vipassana.
