Ajay Bakshi is a Senior Business Transformation Leader who has held several Operational and HR thought Leader. He has held Board Level positions in leading organizations at a Business Level, in addition to his responsibilities as a CHRO and Business leadership. In his 25 plus years of Corporate experience, he has been associated as a Management Council leader and has Global experience with Prudential Plc as Director HR  and Corporate Facilities and head Leadership and Talent where he was responsible for Assessing and Coaching CEO’s and CXO’s across 15 countries for Global Financial Organization across Europe, Asia and India. He is currently a Board level Advisor for Various MNC and large Global Indian Corporate. He has received various awards on his contribution as a CHRO from Economic Times, Business World, Hindustan Times etc.

Ajay is a Mechanical Engineer from MIT Manipal.He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pune University. In addition, he is PCC (professional Certified Coach)Executive and Business Coach from ICF,USA and has 3000 plus coaching hours Coaching Business leaders at CXO,CHRO levels and Women Leaders. He is internationally certified administrator for psychometric instruments like Hogan Inventory, MBTI, DISC, OPQ 32. Ajay is certified by NIS Sparta as a facilitator for Adventures in Attitudes and SPIN sales training module with over 50,000 hours of facilitating interventions across UK, Europe, Asia and India for Senior Leaders(CEO’s/CXO’s) and Middle level Managers for various MNC and large Indian Corporate. He is a certified facilitator from Old Mutual Business School, South Africa.

Ajay has international experience as Head of Talent where he was responsible for the Talent management strategy design and implementation including Development centres across UK, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore. He has helped provide strategic coaching inputs to CXO’s including CFO’s, CEO’s, CIO’s, General Counsel Legal and CHRO’s on strategic HR and Business advisory roles, business and HR strategy, career transition from a functional role to a CXO role.

Post a successful career, Ajay has now founded his own entrepreneurial venture Metamorphosis Unlimited which is a Business Transformation and Strategic HR advisory firm which focus on enhancing productivity and efficiency initiatives by combining Business Excellence and Analytics tools like six sigma and HR strategy, Organization design, Board level governance and advisory practice, M&A and strategic HR and culture alignment for a large BFSI firm. He is currently leading and coaching the CEOs and CXOs across large MNC across domains like Strategy and Change Management, Organization transformation, Succession planning and building a leadership pipeline, building an Executive presence, leading with Gravitas etc.
