Popularly known as “Mumbai Dabbawala”, Dr. Agrawal solely changed the face of dabbawalas in Mumbai. Dr. Pawan Agrawal is the founder and president of Kamlabai Educational and Charitable Trust. He is a profound keynote speaker, who has given several motivational talks worldwide. His advice to entrepreneurs is that “they should not work only for money. Second, they should focus on customer satisfaction and third, the services must be delivered consistently throughout the year”

He mentions “Health interdependence will be the new normal as we are all living in a highly interconnected world and this will force governments to reflect and come out with SOPs that need to be implemented to prevent the spread of the future similar pandemics”
