In this fast-changing world, the biggest challenge for all of us is to not meekly accept situations and circumstances, but to form a more proactive, adaptive capacity to find solutions. Whether a leader in the business world or a homemaker, the changed values all around demand that we don’t use age-old methods or solutions, but embrace more contemplative, mindful, heartfelt adaptations.  This ability to find solutions that fit with the changed situations is essential.

The simple way is to first reprogram the mind in the art of active acceptance and then find solutions that work. This is true leadership that demonstrates the importance of spirituality and mindfulness as the foundation of life.

We must realize that happiness comes and goes. So also does success come and go.

WHAT ARE IMPORTANT ARE NOT JUST SUCCESS AND HAPPINESS, BUT FINDING OUR TRUE MEANING AND PURPOSE OF LIFE.

If our purpose is not driven by the higher value of becoming more self-aware and ethically grounded, we may have regrets, robbing the glitz and glamour of any self-made success story. This is why leaders in every field fail in the long run and leave the world unsung. We need to first set our compass right by searching inside to see what we are all about. Then we are free to move, being anchored in the higher Self, and bring happiness and success to our selves and the world.

We need to be more heartfelt as well as mindful… this is not just about being a team leader or leadership, it is about life, it is about totality. It is about being a compassionate leader to our own mind first so then can we lead others.

Each person we see in this world has his or her own natural tendencies and characteristic traits. Those who are perfectionists always expect everything to be in order and command others to conform to his or her way of doing things. We see this in the family life as well as at the work place.A true leader always tries to do the best and leads the group in the spirit of harmony. Those who lack leadership qualities try to command and boss others, which creates conflicts in relationships.

Whatever the external situation, we have to first maintain our calm and understand the situation impartially, not taking it personally, and then act mindfully.

IF WE PRACTICE BEING MINDFUL, WE WILL SEE WE CAN AVOID SO MANY MENTAL AGITATIONS THAT HAPPEN DUE TO OUR CONDITIONED MIND TRYING TO CONTROL SITUATIONS.

Our calm mind is our greatest leadership quality. We need to be mindful to be peaceful.

A mindful inner life promotes wise, compassionate, and successful leadership in today’s world. Leaders who enhance their organization’s efficacy through mindful leadership, conflict management, and team building find success and peace together. A truly successful organization, be it at work or home, reduces stress, expands creativity, increases heartfelt interactions, and achieves a beautiful work-life balance.
