SpeakIn Open Mic 2023 series is themed on People and everything related to Human Resources across Asia.
It is an exclusive platform for subject matter experts, HR professionals and everyone connected to the HR ecosystem in Asia to share their stories of success and challenges through their people journey over a TED Style Talk Show.
Each event provides opportunity for meaningful dialogue and encourages participants to come together to learn from one another and create solutions to drive positive change in the workplace. The floor is thereafter open for questions and a closed door networking session with drinks and canapés.

Last night, I spoke about my personal experiences as a young reporter and leader in Mothership at an Open Mic event. Personally, it was incredible listening to the stories of these inspiring and capable women, who are clearly not just "multitaskers" but also "supertaskers". These stories underscore the importance of having allies, mentors, and sponsors in our journey of work. Sometimes, a little push can make all the difference: "Go for it anyway, what's the worst that could happen?"
