Prashant has created a multigenerational employee engagement and well-being model, W.E.-Matter, to address the issues of GenY and GenZ, besides GenX, based on his research and experience of the past two decades.

He has worked as the CEO of Gallup India (Global Leader in employee engagement), as a Partner (Engagement & Culture) at Aon Hewitt (Fortune 500 company), and as Group CHRO of a large Indian Conglomerate.

Prashant has now set up, TheOther 2 Thirds Consulting LLP, a boutique engagement & well-being digital consulting firm that has created W.E.-Matter Model. The firm is operating out of Seattle, Singapore, and Mumbai addressing the global market. The focus of the firm is to help businesses improve productivity, grow, and transform leveraging engagement and well-being, making it a business initiative rather than only an HR initiative.

Prashant has been speaking in different fora for the past two decades. He has been speaking at NHRDN, CII, FICCI, HR Confluence, and various events organized by media and academic institutes.
