Ali Kutvan is the Founder and President of Kutvan Project Group. He has around 25 years of national and international work experience which he has invested in facilitating training and development as well as transforming lives and businesses. He is known for his extremely interactive training sessions full of Drama, Humour and Sensitization. Anil is a Master NLP Practitioner and focuses on triggering the conscious and unconscious awareness of the participants as he is a strong believer of after training effectiveness. He has a multifaceted exposure in Entertainment, BPO, Telecom, HVAC, Cement, Holiday, Finance and many other industries. A graduate in the Arts stream with English Literature as his subject, Anil has developed and groomed himself to be a Self-Motivated, Confident, Highly Articulate and Persuasive Team-Builder, who is able to motivate and communicate effectively to achieve desired results. The expert has published several academic papers and research studies in national and international academic magazines. Some of his achievements include awards such as ‘First Prize of Science and Technology' Junior Chamber International, 1996, ‘Outstanding Young Man of the Year / Community Services.' Rotary International, 1997 and ‘Finalist of Major Awards of Informatics’,1996. He is known to be a Faculty member of Nisantasi University, Turkey.
