They are our escalators to tomorrow, a vehicle that takes you to success.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">What are some of the important points to remember when you go about<br \/>setting goals and planning for them?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. YOUR GOALS SHOULD BE \u201cSMART\u201d<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is very important that your goals be:<br \/><strong>Specific<\/strong><br \/><strong>Measurable<\/strong><br \/><strong>Attainable<\/strong><br \/><strong>Realistic<\/strong><br \/><strong>Time bound<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. WHAT EVER YOU DO, PUT YOUR WHOLE MIND TO IT<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In America, Swami Vivekananda saw some kids standing on a bridge, shooting eggshells floating in the lake. The children were always off the target. Swamiji took a gun, stood still for few minutes and then fired twelve shots. Each time it hit an eggshell. Swamiji turned around and told the awe \u2013 struck boys \u201cWhat ever you do put your whole mind into it. If you\u2019re shooting, your mind should be on the target. If you\u2019re learning, think only of the lesson.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<br \/>3. BE &amp; ACT ENTHUSIASTIC<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The worst bankrupt is the person who has lost enthusiasm.\u00a0<strong>Let one lose<\/strong><br \/><strong>everything but enthusiasm and that person will come through to success.<\/strong><br \/>Of course there will be difficulties and obstacles. There are two possible<br \/>attitudes to take at such a time. One is to let it discourage you, making<br \/>you feel helpless and hopeless. That attitude is of course disastrous.
