One of our <strong>secret tools is the internet!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>Digital India<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the campaign, \u2018<strong>Digital India<\/strong>\u2019 to ensure the Government services are made available to citizens electronically by improved online infrastructure. Through this, Prime Minister aims to transform our nation and creating opportunities for all citizens by harnessing digital technologies.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Well, sorry to tell you this but only<strong> 29% of women use internet technology<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Digital India has somehow countered the problems of women but according to statistics, there is a different story. In our homeland, men use digital to prepare for and find work more frequently than women. <strong><em>You might be interested to know that when women and men have the same level of digital proficiency, women are better at leveraging it to find work.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>What we don\u2019t understand is that leadership doesn\u2019t come from the gender of a person but the leadership qualities he or she upholds. <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Having the\u00a0<em>internet has done wonders for an online community where women from different areas speak their heart out<\/em>. Women who want to start a career or who have taken a break have been profited from digital India.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Sadly, a country like ours which is growing incredibly fast still fails to address the difference between the leadership roles between men and women. In urban India, almost every person is howsoever dependable on technology,<em> literacy rates are high and social norms are less rigid<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>By leveraging technology and providing internet at a cheaper price, we can create new opportunities every day.<\/strong> There\u2019s an expansion of the digital economy in our country.<em> Over the past twenty years, <strong>women enrollment has increased to 45% from 5% in the IT sector<\/strong><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">The Internet has acted as a toolbox to learn things, gain access to education and flourish ideas from different parts of the world.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Education is now not restricted in the hands of few.<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">We are a part of a start-up which is the brain idea of a woman.
