This, according to yogic philosophy, is the essence of the human condition.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">We are all on a journey to finding ourselves; <strong>our true nature; our inner self.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">This whole universe is an expression of consciousness.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong><em>Your own consciousness \u2014your own sense of being \u2014 is part of the infinite consciousness of the universe, just as a wave is part of the sea.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">In fact, just like the wave, we are not only part of but one with the infinite. We just don\u2019t realise it.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\r\n\r\n<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">We think our existence is limited and so we experience a limited sense of reality. But we have an internal longing for limitlessness. <strong>We want unlimited happiness. What we ultimately want is <em>the bliss \u2014 the infinite happiness \u2014 within ourselves<\/em>; the essence of ourselves.<\/strong> That\u2019s why we\u2019re searching for ourselves.
