This is\u00a0<strong>true leadership<\/strong>\u00a0that demonstrates the importance of\u00a0<strong>spirituality<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>mindfulness<\/strong>\u00a0as the foundation of life.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We must realize that happiness comes and goes. So also does success come and go.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\r\n<p>WHAT ARE IMPORTANT ARE NOT JUST SUCCESS AND HAPPINESS, BUT FINDING OUR TRUE MEANING AND PURPOSE OF LIFE.<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If our purpose is not driven by the higher value of becoming more self-aware and ethically grounded, we may have regrets, robbing the glitz and glamour of any self-made success story. This is why leaders in every field fail in the long run and leave the world unsung.\u00a0<strong>We need to first set our compass right by searching inside to see what we are all about.<\/strong>\u00a0Then we are free to move, being anchored in the higher Self, and bring happiness and success to our selves and the world.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We need to be more\u00a0<strong>heartfelt<\/strong>\u00a0as well as\u00a0<strong>mindful<\/strong>\u2026 this is not just about being a team leader or leadership, it is about life, it is about totality. We need to be mindful to be peaceful.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>A mindful inner life promotes wise, compassionate, and successful leadership in today\u2019s world.<\/strong>\u00a0Leaders who enhance their organization\u2019s efficacy through mindful leadership, conflict management, and team building find success and peace together.
