So do millions of people around the globe \u2013 irrespective of where they live.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Today, Information and Communication technologies, and the ubiquity of affordable devices that can offer us information, and which enable us to <em>create<\/em> and <em>share<\/em> rich content on our own, have dramatically changed how we use information. Unless you choose not to look at your Smartphone\/device, you will be blasted relentlessly, and 24\/7, not just with information, but also with the feedback of irate customers, their opinions, half-truths spread by unscrupulous competitors, as well as fact and fiction in equal measure \u2013 all in real-time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add to this the rapid innovations taking place in <strong>Robotics<\/strong>, <strong>Artificial Intelligence<\/strong> <strong>(AI)<\/strong> and <strong>machine learning<\/strong>, and we are truly visualizing a New World that is not just disruptive, but so difficult to completely comprehend. Thereafter we have to listen \u2013<em> actively, pointedly and 24\/7<\/em> \u2013 to them, and regularly interpret the <strong>Voice of the Customer<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We have to plumb-into and harness the new technologies, and the many advances in <strong>Data Science, Design Thinking and Analytics<\/strong>, to gauge and develop the most cost effective ways of serving the unique needs of our customers. Not only that: we have to also look at our own planet and the Environment, as a very critical and demanding stakeholder of ours, and one whom we can ignore only at our own peril.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When <strong>customer-centricity<\/strong> and <strong>stakeholder engagement<\/strong> are the bedrock of our approach, volatility and change on the outside cannot perturb those committed to excellence in serving their customers, stakeholders and Planet Earth.
